The cake had more photo ops than even the bday girl! You should be so proud. Every single person there was incredulous that the flowers (and the bamboo for that matter) were made of sugar and not made by God or MotherNature herself. I cannot thank you enough for making her 60th such a special one. I think you are going to be my official Cake Decorator. Damn, now my mouth is watering just thinking about the cake! And that was really your first attempt? Gulp! How the heck did you affix them to those stems and get them to float around the cake like that? I hope you'll continue to experiment with different flowers and post the photos.
